Executive Director: Kathy Bisbee
As Executive Director of Community Media Access Partnership (CMAP.TV) since March of 2008, Kathy has led her team to increase fee-based production services and contracts with education to one-third of the organization's budget, double the membership, create new media curriculum and eight weekly youth media programs, and develop regional and national community media collaborations.
Kathy has over twenty years experience in community organizing and public relations, radio and television production, technical support, and collaboratively managing and marketing small businesses, technology start-ups, and non-profit organizations. She graduated from the University of Maine with a degree in Political and Social Sciences, and received her masters in Integrated Marketing Communications and Public Relations from Golden Gate University in San Francisco. Kathy serves as a national board member for the Alliance for Community Media (ACM), and is currenlty working with an international crew to finish a social documentary entitled "Don't Cost Nothin' to Dream." She enjoys kayaking in the Monterey Bay, baseball, performing music and dance, geeking out on technology, and traveling. She can be found at www.bisbeefilms.com.
Operations Manager: Joanna Cyprys
Joanna joined the CMAP team in February of 2011, as the Operations Manager, she oversees the daily operations of the facility and works closely with community members in serving their media and technology needs. Previously, Joanna spent 5 years working for Global Nomads Group (GNG) where she served as the Production Manager. At GNG, she led field teams to conduct remote satellite videoconferences with youth and produced documentary video content around the world. Her work brought her to just about every corner of the world- even Antarctica, where she joined a science expedition as an educational outreach partner. She circumnavigated the globe twice with Semester At Sea working with students on topics such as world religion, migration and service learning. She also co-founded MyDigiStory (MDS), a digital storytelling workshop for under served youth around the world. MDS aims to bring the youth perspective into the global conversation by teaching writing and filmmaking as a vehicle for expression. She earned her Bachelors of Arts degree in Film and Media Arts at Temple University.
Programming Manager: Jan Janes

Jan started with CMAP in April 2002. She brings to CMAP a background producing and directing community television and radio, plus a love for excellent production and a passion for public access.
Media Education Manager: Spencer Wilkinson

Access Facilitator: James Duisenberg

James started at CMAP in October 2008. He has been involved with media production and community involvement for many years. He has taught classes in television production and lighting. He enjoys teaching and working closely with members.
Programming Assistant: Cristina Lee
Cristina joined the programming department in January 2005.
Production Coordinator: Emery Hudson
CMAP welcomes Emery Hudson, an award winning film and video producer with ten years' of broadcast experience as its new production coordinator. A veteran shooter and technician for Fox, CBS, Televisa, Clear-Channel and other media groups, Emery has also worked on world documentaries and numerous multi-platform video projects. He attended the Cinema Studies program at San Francisco State University with a focus on independent documentary filmmaking, in addition to a degree in psychology.
